Shenzhen Small & Medium Enterprises Credit Guarantee Center Co., Ltd. (CGC) was established on December 28th 1999 by the Shenzhen Municipal Government. By the end of 2008, the registered capital has increased from the initial government-invested 200 million RMB Yuan to 500 million RMB Yuan (approximately 75 million US Dollars). With the support from our government, our shareholders, our partners and our clients, through years of effort of our people, CGC has always been a leading credit guarantee organization in the nation.

Small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) credit guarantee industry is an emerging commercial service industry with great market potential in China. With its 5 branch offices in Futian, Luohu, Nanshan, Baoan and Longgang Districts, covering the whole city, CGC mainly provides credit guarantee services to SMEs in Shenzhen. It is also extending its services to other economic booming areas in China.

In the past 9 years, CGC has provided guarantee services to more than 5000 SMEs in Shenzhen, and 19 of them have already gone public. By the end of 2008, the accumulated guarantee amount has exceeded 24 billion RMB Yuan (approximately 3.5 billion US Dollars).
