The clients are the enterprises registered in Shenzhen city. In general the enterprises are required to accord with Chinese industry policies and already have established their own markets. They need to have more than two years operating experiences.

However, for those enterprises that are running a basically mature project by adopting new science and technology, and are predicted to have superiority in the future market, are required to have one year operating experience.
